Part Time Administrator  

Are you looking to work with a small local business based in Windsor, with a reputation for delivering brilliant websites and providing excellent customer support then look no further. it’seeze Windsor has been established for over 12 years, working with a wide range of businesses and sectors in the local area from restaurants & healthcare to artists & education (and everything in between). Along with the Head Office team, we are a fun, friendly bunch! Due to a sustained period of growth, we are now looking to expand the team and are currently looking for an administrator to support with day-to-day tasks. 
 

The role will involve: 

Supporting the business owner to ensure all emails and new enquiries are dealt with efficiently 
Learning about our product and website editing system 
Arranging appointments with interested clients 
Liaising with our head office, current clients, new and existing clients. 
Keeping our calendar, our project and client management system (Pipedrive) up to date as our projects progress 
Other administrative tasks as and when they arise 
Ideally a minimum of 8 hours / week, spread over 2 to 3 days. Hourly rate of £15.00. 
Location would be based in the it’seeze Windsor office, with the flexibility of home working.
